I use SAI. Because the line feels more natural. Most of the time I sketch on paper, scan, then do the lines and colour. Sounds more complicated than it actually is. Except for the gifs a normal question takes me less than two hours to complete.

This is based in the future. Not real canon time, many of my comics go back and forth in time, but the asks are specifically based in this lapse: Their early thirties. Don’t worry, I’m actually a bit of a canon freak, ha,ha,ha. Actually this would be the year 2017 for them maybe you would like to ask them about the new technology there. It might be fun.
